In this week’s readings we encounter Christ who comes down and meets us in the midst of confusion, fear, and doubt and feeds us by his grace through very ordinary means. This reflection is on the Gospel reading from John 6. In worship this Sunday, we will be reflecting upon the first lesson, 1 Kings 19:4-8 and what Elijah’s cave dwelling has to say to us in our own daily life and faith journey.
